The MUQCA project - Universal Animal Colostrum Quality Meter - aims to optimize and validate an innovative technology developed by PROMETE within an aerospace research program for a new application in the Agrifood sector, a fiber optic refractometer for the determination of the quality of bovine colostrum on farm. The instrument aims to optimize the production process and improve the sustainability of the supply chain in the cattle breeding sector.
